  • clean water, shade and facilities... narrow beach but long (1/4)mile so people don't sit on top of everyone...picnic tables are in the shade... grills are allowed

  • Aleister Crowley spent the summer of 1916 at the lake. I took the opportunity to mark the centenary and recreated his magickal regimen. I had great success and found this an ideal locale for summoning spirits and communicating with extradimensional intelligences.

  • I can't say enough about this place.. beautiful lake surrounded by hills. Perfectly clean water to swim in. Clean park. My family loves it!
  • I read the reviews before I visited this state park for the first time. As I was sitting on the beach, I just couldn't figure out where the man was looking when he said the view was not good. I saw beautiful tree lined hills in all directions. Nice combination of sunny and shady areas. We will return again.
  • Most beautiful lake I ever saw. Very clean, a really nice place to be with families and friends.
