  • It was great. We rented the Rotary Pavillion near the splash pad. The tables had not been completely cleaned and were sticky in spots, and we had to stop a few people from parking down there because not everyone respected the fact that the spot, parking and all, was reserved. Other than that the bathrooms were clean, and the splash pad close. A park employee check in with us twice. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would do it again.
  • The park has something for everyone. There are some wonderful beginners trails all the way up to intermediate trails. There is also a lakeside trail that is gravel. Inside the main park area, there is a volleyball court area, disc golf. There are also plenty of picnic areas and shelters.
  • It was an awesome happy accident finding this place! Beautifully maintained park with playgrounds, nice bathrooms, nature center, fishing lake with paddle boat rental, a mini train to ride, walking trails - great place to spend the day. Def worth the $2/car admission price.
  • Beautiful park. Had our maternity photos done here. Lots of rec options for the whole family. Plenty of parking and easy access to the Interstate.
  • Wonderful public space! Great place to enjoy the outdoors with friends & family. Several return visits have confirmed my 1st impressions, that the area is a fine investment. Public land --- YES!
