Not only did we have a wonderful time ziplining but they went above and beyond helping us with our dogs I would recommend them to anyone and would go on a trip with them again.

Graham was our guide and we had a fantastic time. We have created a plan to visit the grand canyon by going down the colorado river with him. We had a nutty time.

Absolutely loved rafting and had a great time! Parking at the city lot is only $2/day so don’t use the app or you’ll end up spending way more (if it actually works for you). Maybe in the future there will be some way to include the parking price in the ticket or validate somehow but from talking to staff it seemed unlikely. That’s why I suggest not using the app because you’ll spend more than you need to. Our guide Jackson was amazing. Funny and chill. He had great stories to tell and seemed experienced enough for the more scared members of our group to feel safe. I would suggest that staff somehow allow people who are there early to start the process of getting on wetsuits etc. because it takes longer to do that and then go all the way back to the car and come all the way back than originally thought. A big part of the anxiety in our group was fear that we wouldn’t get back in time and they would leave without us. That was not the case and they were specifically checking that everyone was there. I’m thinking it felt more rushed than it really was. I’m not sure that it would be possible to let people start getting on the gear early, so maybe some confirmation that we won’t get left behind would help ease nerves. Anyways, everyone was great and did a great job!
We had a wonderful morning on the Colorado River! Our guide, Kayla, expertly navigated us down the river. All of the kids on our raft had a great time - paddled when they wanted to, took turns riding on the front, and even jumped in (at the calm part) to take a quick dip! We stopped in a popular cliff jumping location. There was a high jump for adults and a lower one for kids. It wasn’t something I wanted to do, but my son loved it! The guides were very caring and motivating to the kids that decided to jump. We were in the raft for about 2 hours. The scenery was beautiful and there was about rapids and current to keep everyone engaged. It didn’t feel dangerous or scary.
AMAZING! Beautiful perfect location for white water rafting. End of summer, low water, big rocks, but tons of rain so fast water. The perfect storm for some tough situations. I have been rafting many times and this float was amazing. Our guide made the voyage outstanding. Her skills were incredible and I felt safe in these possibly dangerous waters. A college kid that when asked, had specific and applicable knowledge of hydrology, geography, flora, and fauna. This young-person did not blab away, she let the quiet times be quiet, which was much appreciated. There was “carnage” to watch with the boats from others companies. So, well … the swimmers ejected from other rafts added drama and a sense of the forces of nature. NOT the Disneyland lazy river. Even in the rain the flat water was great, with just the sounds of the river. Deer, antelope, osprey, mergansers and many types of song birds along the banks. “Widow Maker”, and “Raft Ripper” were FUN! The sun came out for the milk run and the canyon was just stunning with shadows and rainbows. Request Guide: Katie
Jess and Xavier (ziplining guides) were AWESOME!!! Safety conscious without being rude. Light-hearted, but serious. Funny, but informative. They made the excursion SO much more fun. Jack was our rafting guide and he was AWESOME, also. Great guide, very friendly, as saved my 235# butt and my daughter when we got tossed overboard. You can literally trust him with your life.
First timers in our family of 4 (8 & 14yrs) and experience exceeded our expectations by far! Trip was the right amount of thrill and relaxation. Both of our kids got to jump into the river from cliffs. It was awesome! Ian, our guide was awesome keeping us informed, safe and entertained. We had a great time and will definitely return for class III trip!
