#1 of 22 in Wildlife Areas in Missouri
Wildlife Area Nature / Park
Surround yourself with more than 1,000 fluttering, colorful creatures at The Butterfly Palace. Your visit begins with an educational, 3-D video about the lifecycle of butterflies. In the aviary, admire the rare and exotic species from around the world as they sip nectar and fly--some might land on you. After your time with the butterflies, head to the rainforest section of the facility, where you can see other exotic species, such as frogs, lizards, and scorpions. The mirror maze and recreated banyan tree roots will give you the feeling of wandering a dense rainforest. Participate in interactive exhibits at the science center, which also hosts daily feedings. Tours are self-guided and you don't have to make reservations. Plan to visit The Butterfly Palace during your Branson vacation using our convenient Branson vacation planner.
