  • Like some of the other reviewers I expected a small park with a few large coaster but mostly attractions for young children. I was pleasantly surprised to see I was wrong. We do feel like the layout of the park is confusing but it doesn't really take away from how much fun the park is. We've mostly been focused on the rides but our next visit will be dedicated to watching a few shows. I'm not a mega fan of coasters, they definitely do their job of scaring me. But, I highly recommend Time Traveler, it is so much fun and no two rides are exactly the same. Delightfully unpredictable and the smoothest ride in the park. Be warned though this ride also has one of the longest wait times, as expected. Outlaw Run also has very long wait times. Both are worth the wait at least once though. Food, game, and souvenir prices are comparable to other amusement parks. They do allow outside food and drinks though!
  • What A-day we had at Silver Dollar City! We expected a small quaint theme park with a ride or 2 and were very pleasantly surprised. We spent all day riding a variety of amazing roller coasters and had A-blast! I downloaded the app and it kept us informed of wait times and locations wonderfully. Unfortunately we did not experience much of the attractions such as glassblowing, candle making etc, Because we are having too much fun on the rides! The park is extremely clean and adorably themed for the 1800s. A highlight of our day was the Marvel cave tour. It is a one hour walling tour That is included in your park admission price. Would recommend doing it early and stopping by the restroom before you go. We would highly recommend spending A-day or 2 at this park it was loads of fun!
  • I've been going to SDC for years, and I've NEVER had a bad experience. All the staff is friendly, the homestead pickers' music will have you dancing. The rides are thrilling, the events are amazing! They work hard to make your experience one to remember, and they have a contribute to the people hurt in war. They say the Pledge of Allegiance every morning. This is the best theme park in the world.
  • Really nice and beautiful. Like the setting and historical facts. Clean places and wonderful and friendly staff. Would have love to see an bigger area designed for baby's and toddlers. Although prices are a bit high, its still affordable.
  • Loved going here with my family as a kid. Looking forward to going back again someday, hopefully soon. Always loved the theme and atmosphere. The roller-coasters here are so different from other parks and they tie into the theme so well. Food is great and the staff is so nice
