  • Just out of the city to the West, here is a delightul place to step off the blacktop and hike the Ozark Hills for a little while. No great exercion here but a fun walk in the glade and woods.  more »
  • We stopped by here and got some awesome photos. The kids were able to look at the rocks and vegetation up close. The view was awesome as well.  more »
  • Even though it was December, it was great to get out and get a "nature fix". They have a number of trail options so you can choose how long of a hike you would like.  more »

  • My fiance found this observation point and suggested it while we were on vacation. I'm so glad he did! The views were spectacular and the path to the observation tower was paved, so we had no issues even just wearing our sandals. The area was clean and well-kept. There were informational signs of what to look for, and the walk up to the tower was enjoyable. The tower was slightly rickety so my daughter (8 years old) refused to go up past the first set of stairs. My son (10 years old) went all the way up but freaked out when we got up there b/c of wasps flying around so wanted to go right back down. Overall, though, we enjoyed it a lot!
  • Beautiful nature reserve with multiple easy trails to do. There are placards that provide a lot of information on the reserve, flora and fauna. We liked it so much, we came here twice. Great way to get exercise and experience nature with family.
  • A great place to get away from the busyness of Branson. You also get a chance to experience a small slice of the Ozarks on the trails.
  • Totally Awesome for novice hikers! First time using my trekking pole, and it worked great! Hiking shoes are a must! Will be back for sure!
  • Great walking trails for any level of experience
