  • We go to Branson each year to enjoy all the festive Christmas spirit. This is the second year in a row that we have left Mulberry Mill with a very bad taste in our mouth..and it is not from all the fabulous samples. It is from a very rude employee. We do not have her name but she has blond spiked hair. Last year she got angry and irritated at our young daughter and snapped at her for touching something. We then informed her that she was fixing that item..not messing it up. We left without making any purchase because we felt very unwelcome. Then this year the same thing happened. We were having some of the sample dips when our young daughter accidentally dropped a set of tongs used in serving. We immediately picked them up and looked for someone to tell so that a new pair could be placed with that dip. We turned around a few min. later and this blond spiked hair lady was standing there with her arms folded over her chest watching us. We simply said.."Our daughter accidentally dropped these tongs" She replied "I know" and took them from us and walked away. How rude! Our daughter left that store feeling like she did something horrible wrong. Very rude behavior ..I get the definitely impression that this woman dislikes children. I understand that they probably have to deal with unruly children at times but that is no reason to treat a perfectly well behaved child like that. We will not return to this store again. Too bad such a great little shop employs someone this rude.
