Where to stay in Branson

Packed with good-value motel rooms, Branson offers decent accommodations at affordable prices even during the height of the tourist season. If you've come to enjoy the views of the Ozarks, look for vacation rental cabins, many of which are available on a nightly basis. A short drive out of town, most two- or three-bedroom cabins offer free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens, along with access to enclosed yards ideal for hosting small parties. To stay in town without breaking the bank, look for mid-range hotels near Highway 76.

  • Very poor customer service by both clerks. Our initial help left us to unclog a toilet, which she announced to everyone. The building was quite full at the time. The other clerk approached us after we had already been set up with our first tasting and just stated, "Five dollars." We thought he was kidding until we explained we had already been taken care of. No stools or chairs at all. You must stand the entire time. The whole place was in disarray and messy. He didnt sweeten up until we made a purchase. This service ensures we will not recommend or purchase this wine again.
  • Deron was a wonderful host at the Wine 101 class! Funny and down to earth teaching us wine novice how to enjoy wine and how it changes with food and aeration. "Wine is all about FUN!" I highly recommend this class!
  • I found nothing but great service here. Darrin and Buster both treated us great and were very knowledgeable.
  • Had a great time tasting! The two men serving were great. They had awesome personalities 😄. The bald one 😉 was wearing a light purple shirt and made sure my husband, I, and our friends stayed laughing. They were both very knowledgeable about wine and gave great recommendations! The Tawny Port is ugh.... SO Good! Can't wait to visit again. Hope they are there next time.
  • I wish I could say I had more of an experience here to review. The good--the building is nice, very attractive, and there was plenty of parking. The not so good? The staff, or lack thereof. I'll be charitable and say that because they had a help wanted sign that maybe they were short on staff. With that said--there were a half dozen guests at the tasting bar with 2 guys assisting them. We walked in the door and went around looking at the wines. Not once did any of the staff acknowledge us with even so much as a "hello" or a "we'll be right with you" or at the very least "hey, sorry, we're short on staff, we won't actually be able to help you, but thanks for coming in". Not a word in the 10 minutes we were there. That ended that trip to the winery real quick. Luckily, they have a neighbor just up the road that was more than happy to greet us & sell us their products. As I said, maybe they're short on staff--this time of year everyone in Branson is short on staff. But to not even acknowledge other customers on a relatively slow afternoon? Poor show Mount Not-So-Pleasant, poor show.
