  • Usually we have an amazing time me and my dad came a day early so we got a room for our self everything was fine. When we came we said we had family here and from where they had us put down they only moved us two rooms down it took 30minutes what a waste of time the lady at the front desk Jessica was very polite and nice. The next day the rest of the family came and we shared a room with my cousin and aunt that night everything was fine until the next morning we went for breakfast and we got lock out so we went to the front desk and asked for our card to be fixed and it kept happening every time we left we got lock out at the same time as it was 89° and it took forever. We got locked out 9 times and the lady who we didn't know was really disrespectful towards us she had to keep getting help and after we saw her after that first time she rolled her eyes at us rudely, interrupted us as we spoke and kinda mocked us. When we come back we hope it is better
  • WiFi is only in Main Building. Our room was on back side of atrium. No one back there didn't like situation for security reasons with 2 little girls. Nice employees, Outside Pool down for maintenance. Average place with average price. Probably won't go back.
  • Fun place to swim and relax. Always had a blast going here as I used to live next door to this place. The chlorine smell is a bit much but that is expected. Fun slides, with one super slide for kids and adults. A float pool that is medium sized.
  • The rooms were ok. We stayed in the part of the hotel next to the main building that was previously a different hotel. We had to switch rooms. All rooms are non smoking but ours reeked of smoke when we walked in. We also had my 3 year old with us, and she doesn't like to stay inside if there is a chance for her to get out, she will. None of the rooms had latch locks up top on the doors. We asked the dront desk about it and they had maintenance come and put one on our door. He was very nice. The water park wasn't too bad. Only 2 big slides. The rest were tiny toddler slides in the kid pools.
  • First time staying here. I booked with Hotels.com. We loved it over all. A few things were the shower heads were super low. I'm 5'9 and still had to duck. The restaurant is okay. Nothing fancy. They're eggs not so great...But you know it's not what they specialize in. What they do specialize in is family fun and that we had. The pool opens at 10a.m. and closes at 10p.m. you can go to the pool if your too early to check into your rooms and you can stay at the pool the entire day that you check out!!! A nice little area for the toddlers and two great slides, a lazy river, basket ball pool and a regular swimming pool all indoors. They have three seating areas with tables for eating and you can bring your own food and drinks in.they also have a small seating area for their lazy river area. They're rooms were modest (we stayed in the atrium building) and clean. Nothing overly fancy but for the price and admit to indoor water park for two days it's totally worth it!
