  • Bought a hoodie there for my wife. Lady took my cash for it at front desk, asked me my room number, didn't get a reciept, and was charged for the hoodie on my credit card. Manager doesn't care, and is...  more »

  • Our room wasn't ready at 4. The hotel room was a lower quality. Most of the staff was not very friendly. There was one situation where when we were leaving in the morning and a guy and female were walking around randomly knocking on doors and opened someone's door with a master key while the guests were still inside. They might have been house keepers but they didn't act like it. I don't think they had enough lifeguards and most of them were rude. There needs to be lockers for the pool area. Which you are missing out on another way to make money. In the Atrium build there is empty space where you can have a bar for adults.
  • Castle Rock Resort is a good place to go to relax. The waterpark itself is entertaining, but lacks a larger pool for adults. The rooms were comfortable other than the tiny bathrooms. The shower head barely cleared my collar bone. Overall, it was decent but nothing spectacular.
  • Usually we have an amazing time me and my dad came a day early so we got a room for our self everything was fine. When we came we said we had family here and from where they had us put down they only moved us two rooms down it took 30minutes what a waste of time the lady at the front desk Jessica was very polite and nice. The next day the rest of the family came and we shared a room with my cousin and aunt that night everything was fine until the next morning we went for breakfast and we got lock out so we went to the front desk and asked for our card to be fixed and it kept happening every time we left we got lock out at the same time as it was 89° and it took forever. We got locked out 9 times and the lady who we didn't know was really disrespectful towards us she had to keep getting help and after we saw her after that first time she rolled her eyes at us rudely, interrupted us as we spoke and kinda mocked us. When we come back we hope it is better
  • Adjacent old, weekly rental motel being used as their rooms for people who book online. We upgraded to stay inside. Paid 175$ for a motel 6 quality room at best. Staff was rude. Life guards yelled at you for literally everything. When we went to the room for the night, realized the cable cut out every 3 min or so, therefore, couldn't watch a show. Final straw was when I tried to use the phone in the room to see what time check out was and realized the phone didn't work. This was a staycation for us, so we know there are plenty of other, nicer hotels in town with nice staff for half the price. Kids did like the waterpark.
  • WiFi is only in Main Building. Our room was on back side of atrium. No one back there didn't like situation for security reasons with 2 little girls. Nice employees, Outside Pool down for maintenance. Average place with average price. Probably won't go back.
