  • Well, I am no fan of zoos, so I really wasn't sure about this place. The reviews I read said negative things about length of visit (too short)...maybe because of wanting to entertain little kids? We l...  more »
  • We enjoyed the bears so much that we stayed long enough to see all of them! Each bear has a story. The bears each have a "best friend" so they can only come out with their "buddy." It was fantastic wa...  more »

  • Small park but friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean enclosures and animals are well cared for. Moderately priced (usually places like this are very expensive). Easy to access (right off the interstate). Beautiful setting. Worth the stop.
  • The MGE is a small sanctuary for the Grizzly's that were rescued. The enclosure is good size and the bears have good space to roam, including the "pool". When we stopped, Bella and Brutus were out and playing. Captured some awesome photos of them playing. Support this great experience. The staff were friendly and provided information and education about the bears and how to handle an encounter in the wild. The cost is worth every minute you are there.
  • Really nice seeing the grizzlies in this park, and they were all rescued. The staff was very knowledgeable as well
  • Seeing the Bears and talking to the boy from Austin, TX that is working there for the summer was awesome. He was so nice and told us so much about the Bears there. The other ladies weren't as friendly and didn't seem as interested talking with us. We had hoped to maybe see Casey Anderson as we are big fans and came all this way to see this place and was met with a little attitude and annoyance when I asked about him. Kinda disappointed but still glad we got to see the Bears.
  • Had a great time, today! So awesome to see Brutus.
