  • We took our grandchildren ages 18, 13, and 8. Our 13 year old grandson enjoyed making a boat to race, and nearly won! They enjoyed the trails and seeing the wind sculptures. Of course they like the gift shop! We had a perfect day.
  • First time visit and we were pleased. Not crowded and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Tried the cafe and was quite pleased with local food sourcing. Some organics were available and we were very pleased. Nice atmosphere and great tasting fresh food. Will be back soon.Nice walking trails. Didn't see as many flowers as I thought I would, but still lovely greenery.
  • What a lovely place this is. There are amazing sculptures to enjoy, beautiful gardens, lovely trails and amazing views. The main building is a work of art and comes complete with a restaurant and library. The trail we followed had all kinds of stone sculptures to enjoy around every bend. I was there is early May and loved the fields of tulips. I highly recommend these lovely gardens.
  • This is my local sanctuary. So close to my home. A place where I come to wander. If I'm feeling a lot people will go and share space with the art inside or the big gardens. But my favorite thing to do is go on the forest paths which are much more secluded. My daughter and I spend hours here sitting amongst the flowers and trees. A perfect place to teach plant recognition and connection to the earth.
  • This is a quiet and peaceful place. It is not like the botanical gardens in London or Bronx, NY, but it is a perfect place to get away from the noise of the city. There are variety of plants are are indigenous to NE. I would highly recommend it to everyone who battles the city life during the week.
