  • For some of us who rode trains decades ago as a means of transportation (rather than vacationing by train), this museum provides a nice window into the L & N operation years back. For me, it was parti...  more »
  • We did this museum and tour as a supplement to a book we read for home school. The tour guide was so friendly and very informative. It is amazing what they did with trains at the time and getting that...  more »
  • Make sure you show up when they are doing tours or else you can't go inside the rail cars. Not for children under 10 in my opinion. A bust.  more »

  • I was totally impressed with the 1940's passenger train. I've never seen such a fine speciman that has been kept in it's original condition. Charlie, our tour guide was superb. Actually stepping back in time when walking through this train.
  • Pet friendly (as long as you can hold your well behaved dog in your arms), knowledgeable staff, historical, great for kids, full size train tour, extensive model train... great visit! For locals they have a model railroad club to join and help build up the model and scenery.
  • Jamie went above and beyond to make sure our son's 5th birthday party went well. Our children love the Railpark and it's a great place for all ages. The staff are really friendly and if you have a train lover in your family you need to visit the gift shop! Definitely worth a visit - even if you don't think you have an interest in trains, you will after you come here!
  • Fun tour. We had a great tour guide. Great for all ages.
  • Had a wonderful time! Learned a lot about the railroad! Thanks for a great experience
