If you're an adrenaline seeker, you can ride up toward the sky before spinning, twirling and dropping down at 50 miles per hour. There are also more sedate options for all ages. Kids can ride through the park in a retro, child-sized train. Also a few live shows, with singing and dancing, are suitable for both kids and adults. To make sure you don't miss any must-dos, consult the park map when you arrive and plot out your visit. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. It was our first time and we went opening weekend. The bathrooms were decent and mostly clean. We also got the Deluxe Dining pass. Which totally pays for itself after just one use. Although I didn't think the food was that great. Honestly if I had gone there and paid $50 for a family of four to eat, I would have been very disappointed. But because it was on our pass I can begin to learn what foods are worth it and what is not. I saw others got salads and I made a mental note to get that next time because it looked a thousand times better than my Bacon cheddar Ranch cheese fries, which kinda looked very generic. The food court could use to be cleaner and more prepared too. But all and all it was a good experience:)
Great amusement park! Jokers Jinx is just wild and I've never laughed so hard in my life. Superman is not for those who have a fear of heights but if you don't go there you shouldn't even come to the park. It's honestly the best part of the whole place. The food is obviously outrageously expensive and terrible but you're not going there for the food. You're going for the kick ass rides!
I just visited the park today and had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I purchased a bag of popcorn from the snack area near the front of the park. they gave me a bagged popcorn. i asked for a fresh one but they said that is what they have prepared. After we have tried many rides in the middle of the park, we started eating the popcorn. At first the few pieces were fine but afterwards we noticed that the taste is burnt and when we looked closely at the kernels, they were burnt. We tried to toss some of them in the trash but majority of them are burnt so we decided to get it exchanged on our way out since the snack area was near the entrance of the park. I have shown the staff named Erica the bag of popcorn and told her that they were burnt and taste burnt. Instead of giving me a new bag, she stated that I already ate some of it and she said that I should have returned it immediately. I was shocked with her rude attitude and informed her that we were at the middle of the park when we opened the bag. We will not walk all the way to the entrance area to get that exchange, and I told her that we tossed most of them in the trash. She refused to get it changed and left me. I was shocked with her attitude so I went to the guest relations, Jennelle, and informed her of Erica's behavior. The food supervisor name Jade came and I informed her about the behavior of her staff. Jade said the same thing as Erica, that we already ate some of the popcorn. I was surprised with her statement. I returned the bag of popcorn that is about 80% left since we tossed some of them already, thinking we can find decent ones. I'm still disappointed with the poor customer relations of the employees here. It makes the experience awful for us. They should not be serving burnt products to their customer and expect them to eat it. they should send the employees for customer relations training.
Would never put down one of my all time favorite theme and amusement park. Myself and three children love the six flags so much, as so we have held season passes for at least six- seven years in a row. Now,recently visited one, one grown up child of mine after serving six years in the military was denied a military discount. In which I was disappointed at. Also need to express the better need for safety on that swing ride.thank you.
Still one of the most Ghetto parks in the country. This is one of those "ride the coasters and get the hell out" kinda parks. The less interaction you make with the employee's the better your time will be.
