We were at the casino for gambling only. As a non-smoker the smell of smoke and the haze were the first things I noticed. Machines were not loose at all but many were new. Surroundings were kept very ... read more »
Big building with numerous slot machines to choose from. Cars tables for those who like card tables. Staff courteous, large parking area and restaurants available to eat there.
It's not a 24 hrs casino so a bit funny if you think you can play at 8am. Machines are very tight and it's unlikely that anyone will make more that 100$ win. They used to have a great buffet but now t... read more »
We went to the restaurant for the prime rib dinner and were not disappointed. The staff and the food/drinks were impressive. The value was exceptional. Highly recommend!
Great quick stop for some gaming action. Love the dealers and the ease of getting around the casino. Everyone was friendly. Wish the casino with smoke free. It could have made the experience much more enjoyable. Even some of the dealers wish it was as well. This could increase the health of the employees and the patrons not being exposed to secondhand smoke. Otherwise an enjoyable experience with low minimums.
Skagit Casino is a convenient stop off for quick bathroom and free refreshments before heading up the mountain to Bellingham. They have really good coffee too and of course its free. Only thing I don't like is that security is a little pushy and I never win at the slots there. Also they're rewards program is the worse in regards to actually giving rewards.
I met with some friends for the seafood buffet. The food and service were both excellent. Our server saw to every last need very quickly and had us all laughing at her stories.
I usually only go to the casino because of the tobacco shop inside. Once in a great while I'll decide to gamble, and I do go to the skagit for that, but its not very often. Great place though. Friendly staff all around, great food, awesome entertainment. Haven't stayed at the hotel yet, but I've heard its pretty nice.
