  • Of our Colorado trip hikes, this was our favorite. Lots of other people hiking, but it's a great workout with a climb that pays off in beautiful views! Stunning.
  • Bring some water and take a challenging hike up to the top of Flatiron 1. It was an amazing impromptu trip for me, and I left happy and exhausted. Amazingly, I was able to get cell reception the whole way up. So naturally, I shared amazing scenic photos with my jealous co-workers while they sat in their offices.
  • Absolutely beautiful! Well-maintained park with a variety of hiking trails. It's almost always busy so get here early!
  • Too crowded, not that beautiful. Maybe it's the season (February), and maybe that I am used to much nicer places, but this place doe not justify the hype around it. Probably the best feature is the proximity to Boulder, where you can go for a nice meal or coffee after the hike
  • Very crowded on weekends, so try to come out early or try a weekday if you want a quiet hike. Beautiful year round!
