Where to stay in Boston

To stay close to where most of Boston's tourist action is, book a room at one of the many hotels located downtown, near the center of the city and state governments, businesses, and shopping. For a more affordable option, consider a budget-friendly boutique hotel or small bed and breakfast in one of the city's diverse residential neighborhoods. If you plan to stay longer and need a real home away from home, explore Boston's short-term rental options, which include private villas, waterfront lofts, and luxury apartments scattered across the city's historical districts.

  • Great restaurant for special occasions. Pricy but worth it. Most impressed with our waiter who put us at ease by taking photos of our group. And he was a fantastic waiter. A team of servers placed each plate for our party of 10. Well timed and never rushed us. Food was very good and a glass of wine was reasonably priced. All this and the fantastic view.
  • One of the best dining experiences I've ever had! Our waiter was absolutely amazing and made our dinner the best it could possibly be. I just ran the Boston Marathon and he truly went above and beyond our expectations! Food and service are unbeatable! If you are in town go if you have the chance, the view and the experience is definitely worth it!
  • Definitely a fine dining place. We just stopped by for a drink and they were very good but at a price of $16 they better be. Well worth the view!
  • Asked for 3, this lady took us to the table far from the entrance but told us it wasn't ready so she told us to go back to the entrance and wait again. She was very rude about it and the food there is not as spectacular as you think. Food is very salty in general, and just really average. We told them food was salty but they didn't do anything about it or did not even try to improve for better. They just seem really stingy about getting new food for us and really expect us to finish the horrible food. The view is inconsistent depending on the weather so I would only go if the weather is good but the food is not even worth the price. Food is extremely average, only thing good is the view when theres a good weather.
  • I would give a 0 star if I could. Worse restaurant experience of my life! I guess we should have know that it was to be an awful night when 3 different people continuously reminded us that the spending minimum was $24, BEFORE we even get a table. We thought that the waitress responsible for our table was rude, but turns out, she was just racist. Every time we needed something, we had to wait for when she would come check on the table behind us, to be able to ask her because she would never come to our table. And when she finally came, she yelled out " what?" every time we say something. To make the experience even more exciting, she messed up all 3 of our orders, then told us that she doesn't have control over what happens in the kitchen. So we enjoyed neither the service, nor the food.
