TD Garden, Boston

(4.3/5 based on 800+ reviews on the web)
Home of the National Basketball Association Celtics and National Hockey League Bruins and host of numerous concerts and special events, TD Garden stands as one of Boston's leading entertainment venues. Originally known as the Boston Garden, the revamped arena seats almost 20,000 people and offers three private restaurants, 90 executive suites, and a multimillion-dollar, high-definition scoreboard and replay screen. If you don't have tickets for an event, you can still take a tour on which you will see how the trademark parquet floor is put together for a game, learn about the teams that play, and sit in executive seats. The arena also serves as Boston's northern station for its commuter and regional trains. • There are many events at this facility on a regular basis. It's easy to access via public transportation.
  • My boys are basketball fans so our trip to Boston revolved around a game at the Garden. To me, this is just a typical basketball arena but it's location on the water made it a very enjoyable day for e...  more »
  • The building is as intimidating as the teams, but it's an incredible venue. I can't imagine the calories in the food - there's NOTHING there that isn't junk. You'll know who's playing by the color of ...  more »

  • Absolutely horrible experience. Came to TD to the gymnastics event with my mother and daughter. My mother has a mobility impairment and we were seated in accessible seats section 312. We sat in our section and began to watch the show. We were quickly told to move by the usher. He told us that he was the usher for this section and that he should have seated us. He made us stand up in the dark and took our chairs and gave them to NON HANDICAP people. We had to stand in the dark for a half an hour waiting for the usher to find more seats. The able bodied people who sat down sat in our seats while we stood and missed the first half hour of the show. Absolutely unacceptable! So unbelievably disappointed in the Garden for the compete disregard of someone with a disability
  • The best place around to go to concerts and of course the best thing about it. The Boston bruins play here!! Great bars and restaurants walking distance away, no Uber needed
  • The venue is just ok. The seats are really steep, especially in the higher levels. If you have a problem with heights you will have a problem in the higher levels. The Heineken boardroom is awesome. Overall fun experience in general.
  • Always enjoy my time at the TD garden. I tend to go to sport events but even a concert or comedy show is enjoyable there too.
  • A behemoth of an arena. Seats are comfortable (even for larger people), but angles are steep. We went for a concert. Lots of obstructed views. Not the best location for concerts, as we ended up watching the video screen more than the concert.
