  • Good fruit, nice and cheap. We did good business there. Every little bit helps in an expensive city like boston where hotels don't have coffee. Don't miss

  • I have been fighting the crowds for over 40 years and wouldn't have it any other way!! This is one of the best farmer's markets I've ever been to, ever, out of the marzillion I've visited while travel...  read more »
  • Best place in Boston to get fruit an vegetables and enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional market place. You can get up to 5 good apples for $1. It definitely worth it. Consider taking a bad or carry o...  read more »
  • Great produce for cheap. Make sure you carefully inspect everything you buy, since the produce is often towards the end of its life. You can find fantastic deals on produce including berries, herbs, lemons / limes, and all sorts of veggies. Come later on Friday and Saturday to score the best deals, but be aware that it's crowded, cash only, and to check your produce. Scored three champagne mangos for $2, a pint of blueberries for $1, a pound of grape tomatoes for $1, and so on this past Saturday. Just be aware that you'll also have to eat the food soon!
  • Great produce and nice vendors that can help you get the fresh veggies you need. Came here a day early but we were able to get some produce from some kind vendors and it was pleasant even as they were setting up.
  • Great place for low cost produce. Has some of the best pizza "Haymarket pizza". Located near a parking garage that even provides discounted parking (you have to take ur parking ticket to one of the inside stores for validation). A very popular area on the weekend. Also located near the haymarket T stop (orange and green line) so its very accessible. Its also close to a haunting holocaust memorial and the historic north end.
  • Great deals. Fruit and veggies are very ripe. You'll need to eat them quickly. The vendors can be full of Boston attitude by the end of the day.
  • This is a good place to buy vegetables if you want to consume in 2 days. The vegetables already spent one week in the supermarkets, now ready to discarded. You need to be alert such that you dont get the rotten one. Cash transactions. Otherwise, its pretty cheap deal
