Shopping Mall
Stroll along the riverfront and indulge in some shopping at Louisiana Boardwalk, a riverside mall. Shop at well-known stores, such as Banana Republic and Nike, for clothes and shoes. If you're in the mood for something different, drop in at the Old Farmer's Almanac General Store for old-fashioned products for home decor, health and beauty, and natural cleaning. Louisiana Boardwalk is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our custom trip planner, Bossier City Edition.

  • First time visiting Northern Louisiana. Stayed at a hotel located next tot he Bossier City Boardwalk. Which ended up being great in the evenings. As you have entertainment and food within a short walking distance. Outlet shopping, Casino's, Bass Pro Shop and plenty of food places to choose from. Only down side for me on my trip, was that it rained 3 out of the 4 days I was in town. The Bass Pro Shop came highly recommended as a place of interest and all the Casino's seemed lively. I'd have to say Margaritaville Resort Casino next to Bass Pro Shop, seemed to be the busiest!
  • Loved this place. Lots of affordable shopping. On two different occasions I went there was a live band playing outside for anyone wanting to stop and listen. Great atmosphere.
  • This place was really cool. Nice to pop off the freeway and walk around, check out the shops and views and get something to eat. Highly recommend for travelers driving by...
  • Beautiful and airy. Some stores were closed. Good selection of restaurants. Copelands is my fav! Be sure and check out Earthbound. Found a great deal on a salt lamp.
  • Nice outdoor mall with some outlet stores, a couple of restaurants, and some entertainment (casinos mostly) close by. Very clean, really nice atmosphere. Looks like some concert areas set up on busier nights (we went on a Tuesday night). An option to take the trolley from one end to the other is a nice addition. Not a ton of stores compared to your average indoor mall, but nice enough either way.
