  • I love going to this park for hiking and for picnics, so beautiful and big. My boyfriend and I go for mostly the hiking and taking random traits.  more »
  • Visited this park on a Sunday and it was very active, families having picnics, laying out on the grass and chilling out. The path to the top of Camels back looks steep from the ground, and boy does it...  more »

  • Huge children's park. Nice trails. Perfect picnicking place with plenty of eateries near by!!
  • This park has trails that go for miles a miles. Popular with off road biking, hikers, and nature lovers. Great place to see local plants and birds. On the backside of the hill there are creeks and ponds. I lived in Boise for quite a few years before exploring this park, and I regret not doing it sooner. Beautiful views of downtown and Owyhee range on clear days. Great place to walk and clear your head. The initial incline is doable for most people and you can take your time if you are a bit out of shape.
  • I went here onces as a child. Now big dogs bite me whenever i go. Poop is all over the trales. It is smelly and gets in my tiny tiny shoe. THere is also big hill to climb, weird looking stairs though i don't remember that. My son timmy fel and hurt his hand and no one listened to me
  • One of the best parks in Boise. Great playground for kids. Hikes around park are great but is also right at base of 8th street trail system so access to miles of trails behind it. Tennis courts ands tons of space to run and play for kids of all ages.
  • Beautiful park with trails and incredible views. Also, a large, diverse playground for kids and exercise equipment for adults.
