  • The park is great for children all ages. They's a carrousel, an experiencing museum, and a very cool playground. There're some sport courts, picnic area, and a green area great for walking/biking.
  • Sugar Sand has skittle of this and a little of that for the entire family: a large playground with a merry go round, baseball diamonds, basketball courts and even a science museum with scheduled exhib...  more »
  • For those who have small children and want to rest in an environment full of people with the same profile (parents with children) this park is the best option. Besides the Carousel that was the feeling for my daughter, we went to visit a small Museum of Science full of activities and fun facts. And best of all, no cost. The only cost was riding a carousel for a dollar a ride but rightly paid.

  • The park is small, but the grounds are well kept. They have baseball and basketball courts, carousel and an awesome playground for small kids. There is a small nature trail, nice covered picnic pavilions as well as open picnic tables. There is a small indoors area with "science" activities for young kids and even an auditorium where sometimes they lay movies. If you play Pokemon Go, you will find 6 poke stops there too...
  • I absolutely love this park, however I called today to ask if it was open, and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude, and had zero class or respect. Working at a place that is for kids, you need to be polite, and have customers service like your job entails. I called back to ask her name but another ladie who stated her named was Debbie answered, and was very polite. So it's good to know there are some people there that have customers Service. They just need to weed out the rude people.
  • I grew up going to this park. It's great for the kids and also has a museum
  • Has one of the most extraordinary playgrounds right near a very fun science play area, and that's by a carousel. That isn't even half the park. Tons of spots to play different sports, a nature trail, many community events and a theater for plays. Check it out.
  • Fields are real nice. Playground is good. Good spots for parties and neat trail.
