Where to stay in Blue Ridge

Although Blue Ridge offers a good selection of budget-friendly bed and breakfasts and luxury resorts, the easiest way to experience this scenic part of Georgia may be to stay at a mountain cabin. The area surrounding Blue Ridge boasts many privately owned vacation cabins. Many offer spacious rooms and their own fireplace and hot tub, plus unbeatable mountain views and lots of privacy. For something a little more rugged, consider staying at a campground offering both tent and trailer sites.

  • Cute little shop with many choices of fudge. Our favorite was the peanut butter chocolate and a bright yellow one that had pecans in it, we think it was maple? Either way it was delish!  more »
  • The fudge and ice cream is OK bit if you choose to sit outside, you will be ad-blasted by extremely loud speakers. They are so loud that I can hear them across the street at serenity gardens. Please f...  more »
  • The fudge was okay... not great not bad... had the blueberry cheesecake, red velvet, lion chocolate (?), and one other I can't remember the name.  more »

  • The ice cream was good, but I wish they made fresh cones instead of having them delivered. It would also be nice to offer a sample of ice cream so patrons can know they like a certain flavor before commiting. The fudge was great and had a variety of choices.
  • The ice cream is really good but the blond sister is slightly rude. The brunette is super nice and smiley and just has an overall nice air to her. The fudge smells really nice too
  • Very friendly, and great sweets especially if you like fudge
  • Me and my husband visited last weekend and they were real snooty acting . They gave me the impression that they could've cared less if we bought something. The fudge was good but, I won't return.
  • We drove from Calhoun GA just to get fudge from here. When we arrive the two young ladies behind the counter never greeted us. We asked to try two different kind of fudge and they rolled their eyes and gave us a paper thin slice of fudge to try. You could not even taste the flavors so we gave up. We did get my youngest daughter a shaved ice since she wasn't feeling well. My husband paid right at $3.00 for a handful full of ice and about 3 table spoons of flavor. It was so little of flavor that the girl stored it up before she gave it to my daughter and the red flavoring was not even covering up what little ice she did get. We was very disappointed in the respect and service we received.
