  • Fake Amish. Fake Southern cuisine. "Is the mac and cheese homemade?" "Are the turnip greens homemade?" "Are the mashed potatoes homemade?" The answer to all of the above is "No". Husband's fried chicken was 2/5 (good, but overcooked), fried okra 3/5, potato salad (homemade) 3/5. Fruit cobbler was quite good (4/5). My grilled chicken salad was meh (2/5). Service was good, however. We did purchase Troyer's Trail Bologna, Sausage, and cheeses, which are sold from a cold case in the restaurant - absolutely amazing!
  • If you like novelty foods with an Amish flair, then you'll enjoy this store. They carry the usual butter and cheese, home canned jams, jellies, relishes, salsas. They carry candy and other snacks too.
  • Good sausage and candies! Very nice little store with lots of options and good ingredients.
  • Friendly helpful staff. I always end up getting more than what I go for.
  • Best kept secret in North GA. Any place that let's you sample the food is not taking a chance when its that good. Went in to buy a few things but after tasting came out with many. Soooo good!
