  • Awesome place, we really enjoyed having my sons bday party, the package we got was the best deal around and the kids were so excited and had a blast, I recommend jumping joeys, great service, very nice people.
  • All the games work great, staff is very helpful, has a snack bar and a party room, the place is clean and the bouncy equipment is nice and clean. Kids love the place.
  • Fun place to take small to preteen children. Bouncing slides and mazes. Nice variety of arcade games.
  • My kids love it. I have a like/dislike with it. I really like all the bouncy toys/slides etc. My kids have a ton of fun on those. I dislike the arcade games. Not only do you have to pay to get in ($8 without a coupon..$6 with), the games can get expensive. The toys are pretty cheap and often are broken by The time we get home but my kids "have to have them." The food is ok and my kids don't complain. My husband and I don't eat there. We've been to a lot of birthday parties there and it's chaotic. It's always pizza, pop and cupcakes. The kids can put their own sprinkles on the cupcakes plus they get a ring. Everyone I've talked to has been polite....but service can definitely be slow when they are busy. Overall I would recommend it. I would give it 5 stars if arcade games were in a different area from the bounce house / slides! ;)
  • Where do I begin? We've came here several times and we have always had an issue each time. There is no one supervising the inflatables, there were kids climbing on top of the inflatables throwing shoes and jumping where you're not supposed to be, endangering all the other children playing in that area. Only half of the arcade games were working properly, I had to get the workers several times to get a refund bc the machine ate our tokens and there was no sign posted saying it was out of order, so anyone after us got their money ate too. We ordered a pizza and breadsticks for lunch. First the prices are high for the quality, pizza tastes like cardboard with melted cheese. We waited for quite a while for our food, no one called our name. My husband and I went to check on our food and there on the counter set an order just like we had ordered but were told it was someone elses and that they hadn't started our order yet. We get our name announced just a few minutes later and guess what, it was the same pizza and breadsticks that was sitting there from before, and it was cold. I talked to the owner who acted like he was clueless about what he just did and when I asked for a new fresh pizza and breadsticks he was passively aggressive and told us he would give his employees this pizza since they don't care if it's cold or not. We later asked one of the employees if they got some free pizza, and guess what? They had no free pizza. Looks like our previous pizza got reheated. This owner is cheap and out to get rich, he does not care aboutyour experience. Won't go back!!!
