  • Year round and in any weather, this is a beautiful place to visit. This unique "spit" (a narrow strip of land out into the bay) has a wonderful paved walking path or you can walk along the rocky beach...  more »

  • I love this part because its natural beauty it's rustic but Serena the same time it's beautiful
  • Good access on both sides of the spit, lots of chances to see birds large and small, quiet beach areas even when mostly busy.
  • Awesome place, if we return to visit this area this is where we will stay!
  • Semiahmoo is a great place for birding. Migratory arctic populations come through in fall and spring on their way to the arctic. The area also hosts many shore birds, bald eagles, and song birds in the bushes. The marina usually has many seals sitting on the piers. Explore the history of a once thriving fish processing plant and the native people who called this harbor home for thousands of years at the small museums.
  • Beautiful beach front walking trails, amazing mountain views (on clear days), lots of wildlife, and a great place for dogs to play in the ocean. Park has bathrooms and beach access, fire pits, and tables.
