  • I was greeted at the door with enthusiasm and took a seat at the small bar. I was looking enough to be sitting next to one of the Brewers that explained all the beers in detail. And after listening to...  more »
  • While visiting Arizona, we came upon this town called Bisbee, its an old mining town, what a fantastic town, great shopping and restaurants. We found a Brewery there and decided to stop in. The waitre...  more »
  • Seriously the worst chili I've ever had! The bratwurst was cold, the beer was warm and we weren't happy. I will probably never be back. Loved the patio, and the fact you could bring your dogs in.

  • I freakin love this brewhouse! If you bring your own growler they will fill it full of beer fresh from the tap! Or buy a growler with the old bisbee brewing co. Printed on it. I love the bartender's fun spunky attitude! Everyone in bisbee is super nice too.
  • The beer here is average. The suite rental was great. I don't understand why they get such high reviews, other than they're the only brewery in Old Bisbee. Of the 7 beers they have to try in a flight, I felt 1 was worth drinking again. I'm no uppity connoisseur, but I will ding your score if you can't properly carbonate a pilsner, or keep your keg lines chilled, or can't be clever enough to make any other kind of stout than a Guinness knock off. We did end up staying in the suite they have available upstairs and that was quite nice. Newly refurbished and appointed. Clean and convenient. The price was comparable to the suites at the Copper Queen, but much roomier. And if you wanted to bring some Aero beds you could probably sleep 4 or 5 people in there to split the cost. It was nice to be in such short walking distance of the few places in downtown Old Bisbee that actually offer night life.
  • Great beer in a great town. Buster is the man (go Red Sox!)
  • The outdoor seating here is great and they have a back bar opened during busy hours. Inside you can see some of the brewing operations while drinking one of their excellent craft brews. All the beers have a story and the menu is worth reading. Highly recommended.
  • When you first walk in the space seems cramped but once you walk in there's plenty of room. A few tables next to storage tanks and the bar area. There is an amazing patio area where everyone likes to hang out. I personally enjoy just sitting at the bar. I have been many times and every time the bartenders are happy, quick to say hello, and quick to take the order (unless they are packed you'll have to wait a minute. Oh Well). I've tried all the beers I personally do not like IPAs but my buddy loves them so I'll say that one is just as good. My favorites are the Royal Stout and Copper City Ale. I always buy growlers and take them home. My home bar is almost finished so I will be buying kegs of both!!
