  • Beautiful and convenient location. Great for families. Food service was slow... at the pool and the next day during lunch/ in restaurant dining.... but the meals were good. Just something to bear in mind when small children are at the table.
  • We needed a night away during a stressful move and The Renaissance Ross Bridge Hotel was just what the doctors ordered. Great room. Friendly staff. Awesome pool. And breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to go back.
  • Beautiful Hotel. Out of all the staff I came in contact with, I can only praise a few. Had issues from the time we checked into our dirty room. Could never speak with management, they weren't available. Ordered food: took over an hour and wasnt what was needed. Security is slight, doors remain open all night, few security cameras and locals can freely use the amenities.
  • Very nice rooms and views. The entry way itself is very appealing and cozy. Overall the place is maintained well and has a friendly staff.
  • It was a great stay. We were supposed to stay at another place but it was full so they accommodated us here. They were very professional and prepared for us and gave us free breakfast for our hassle
