  • It is a bit small and not a great selection of tables and slots. It is good if you just want a place to get away for a couple of hours.

  • The rooms are nice and the pool area looked nice just don't plan to eat here and the casino wasn't great either. We actually paid for dinner and left the buffet without eating it. Food was terrible an...  read more »
  • I expected more from a Harrah's location. First every time we called the front desk it took us at least 10 minutes to get anyone on the phone. The buffett was so nasty. It was free steak day when we went and I love steak the steak lacked salt and so tough. The best thing at the location was the pool area. We got in and out the pool and Jacuzzi area. On our last day we got a cabana and just hung out all day. That was the best thing. Oh the valet and bell hops were nice also.
  • We had to have our room moved because upon check in our room was covered in pet hair and there were half eaten sandwiches left unwrapped in the fridge. They moved us across the hall so we lost our ocean view. There is still dog hair in our room. Why they put us in a suite on the pet floor is beyond me. We have 5 nights comped due to our players status but did pay to be upgraded to a suite. As soon as we settled into the second room we realized the toilet leaked onto the floor. Maintenance fixed that. The water is over softened and slimy. I don't think we will stay at this resort again.
  • Harrah's Gulf Coast is the place you want to stay at. The staff is friendly the rooms are super clean and spacious and they have everything you want all in one. They're located across from the beach. Their amenities include a spa, several restaurants and a fitness center. The highlight would be the large pool and tiki bar . For your next visit consider staying here. You won't be disappointed.
  • Stopped through on the way to Atlanta from New Orleans, spontaneously, and had a blast. The rooms seem to have been recently updated and were nice. If you need to charge anything they have you covered with USB charging ports-a-plenty the pool is amazing and beautifully decorated with lights, flowers, and Gulf views of deer Island. Add the casino and this was one of the best overnights I have had in a while.
  • Harrah's Gulf Coast is part of the bundle of casinos furthest east along the it's a bit out of the way as far as location goes. The rooms however are clean and in good condition. I just wish they had options for non gambling entertainment the way the Grand Casino did in their old building.
