  • The buffet was terrible and not worth the money ($30+ per person!) Not enough hostesses at the casino either, never got served a drink

  • The buffet was nice. The overall appearance is beautiful. The various slot machines were cool. The non smoking section for the play area was very small and only had old machines so that part sucked. There is a nice poker room.
  • Beautiful resort. Bigger guests rooms nicely appointed. High Limit area one of the best, large with a sitting section, and semi-private with a large assortment of machines and dedicated staff. Pool area beautiful with shade and sun and view of gulf, private lounging areas available with great service. Upscale shopping, sundries store with good kids presents. Location near downtown and can walk to various off-site restaurants and another casino.
  • Hillary at the front desk made our stay amazing! We have stayed at this property several times and each time have had a fantastic experience. First of all, I need to give credit to "Hillary" at the front desk. She has always made us feel welcomed, inquired if we had a special reason for staying with the Beau Rivage (this trip was just to escape the blistering heat of New Orleans), was so incredibly gracious & patient with (in many cases rude) customers, and went above an beyond to make our stay feel special. We stayed on the 23rd floor and had a FANTASTIC view of the Gulf, and the room was awesome! They are very spacious and the decorating and flow of the room is very calming. We have stayed on both the Gulf side and the city side, each one having its own perks. As a plus, the air conditioning in the room make it feel like Antarctica, which is perfect after a long day in the sun around the pool. Treat yourself and get one of the cabanas, it is definitely worth it. Overall, I give the Beau Rivage a 10/10 and look forward to many more visits. Kudos to Hillary to being a true diamond at the front desk and making so many patrons feel welcomed. It is much appreciated! A&B
  • Classy is an understatement. This place is a landmark. When visiting the Gulf Coast, you must stop here! The scenery, the shops, the food, the service... too many options to choose. You won't go wrong, whatever you choose; maybe do it all! May the luck be with you.
  • Everything at the Beau Rivage is excellent with the exception of the team's ability to move the buffet line faster at high-volume times. Also for the price you pay for the buffet they need to bring back all you can drink beer and wine and they're always needs to be steak or prime rib on them as I found it an insult when they serve me roast beef for the price that I paid. If you are not a crab leg fan which I am but one of the group and our party was not what are you really paying for. Also having all diabetic desserts sucks please put some good desserts out
