  • Better than what I saw online and would come back again. Like most of us, I have seen this place online more than once. But the real experience is better than a thousand words OR photos. I would come ...  more »
  • After several unsuccessful attempts, we visited this beautiful place. Just great! Already so much written about the uniqueness, therefore this should not be described. But there are also points which are not that great. 1. the permit system, of course the access must be limited for this fairly small area! But why was the intended modification of the permit system not carried in 2016? As soon as you a few times took part in the two types of lottery you knows the answer. The rock formation is as a business model used the lottery takes place especially for the village where. Every morning Strip then dozens, sometimes more than a hundred tourists in the village and leave their money there or take advantage of the accommodation. The callee prices write a clear picture. The amendment would have resulted that the bevy of hours tourists no longer would have been on the spot but all tickets online would have been distributed. 2. the quality of the access road. Of course, this must be unpaved but somewhat more regular care of the Dirtyroad would rather meet the lucky lottery winners or hikers and also not invite to wagehalsigen Fahrnanövern. Finally it's points that would have to be optimised and also could just 2-3. When one hits over just how much is taken up with the online Lottery without great expense alone that should be possible. Or is contrary to that the 4WD-and shuttle providers again ;-) But forget a great place, but please not the dangers of migration and the driveway. Car rental, also this city SUV BB´s, are not necessarily suitable and the Versicherungsbedinungen exclude such trips.

  • What can we say? To how many photos you may have seen from home no can make you understand the wonder that awaits you once you have reached The Wave. A dream realized, I never thought of having the good fortune to be retrieved between Sun 20 people every day to walk this trail! Very spectacular the same route of about 5 km (one way) not reported but easily passable with a minimum of attention to the map that the Rangers provide to Lottery winners. Excursion run in August 2016 with a friend, temperature about 33° C, with a nice reserve of food and water. Dream place!
