From the hot mini-donuts to the orchid plants and fresh produce, this flea market has something for everyone. There are tools and marine items, clothing and hat vendors, sunglass and beading supplies.  more »

Sunglasses, t-shirts, cheaply made souvenirs. It was very hot on the July day we were there. I think there may have been a bar as well but we were too hot to stay very long.  more »

I have been going to this market for years, as do many of my friends and neighbors. It is packed full of interesting vendors...clothing, fishing, jewelry, RV supplies, art work, stonework, quirky collectible, and fresh vegetables. Entry is free! Loads of free parking, and local law enforcement presence. It has limited food and drink options, but there is a shaded pavilion to eat in, or take a break out of the sun. Do try the mini donut hut while there...it's tradition and still the best snack value! Disability parking is plentiful, however, people with disabilities should be aware that the terrain is packed dirt and gravel. With a mobility scooter it is easy going, but for those with walking challenges or using a cane...beware. Also, the parking lots have many potholes and present a hazard to all. There are restrooms and a family/handicap-accessible restroom...none too clean in the middle of Saturday afternoon. Still it's a wonderful way to spend a weekend morning!

Nice day to explore the market for the first time. Lots of island items, local vegetables, and one lady's booth had lots of RV items at reasonable prices. Stopped by the consession area for a grouper sandwich & fries. Very nice vendors. Why I didn't give 5 stars is at the gate the sign says NO pets so we left our small dog in the truck but when we went in without her, there was many dogs people brought in. Did I read the sign wrong or do people ignore and don't care???

Limited vendors, lots of junk, and cost of souvenirs were same as downtown Key West. I haggle on a wind chime abs glad I did since it was less at Malory Square. My aunt lives close by and gets her fresh fruit there, which was delicious. The ice cream was cold and very creamy. Go for the fruit and ice cream :)

This market is small. I've found treasures there. I've found nothing there. Hit or miss.. Which is fine by me. I'm in for the thrill of the hunt. Not finding anything just makes finding a treasure seem all the better. On my last visit there. I bought a beautiful Navajo rug and a fine painting from the early 1800s.. And a couple odds and ends. Oh, 2 carved canes..

I started going to Vista Linda with my Dad many years ago. He was an outdoor writer with a TV & Radio show, & would interview people all over, especially anywhere close to fish. He interviewed the folks that started the Big Pine Key Flea Market. He advertised in Tennessee for them for years till he passed away. You could always find good piles of fishing related stuff, that was designed for saltwater fishing. I bought an old guitar there on a trip when I had left my guitar at home. 'Bought UT from a feller with no arms. You know, that feller rolled a cigarette with his toes, tighter than I could with my hands & stuck it in his mouth & lit it! You can build memories there, buy other peoples junk that is a treasure to you & save a ton of money if you're from out of town, down there fishing. I
