  • It was the worse service and food ever... there was 5 of us we didn't get our food together. ... didn't get refills....asked what came on a cheeseburger with everything. .. everything consist of cheese... small piece of onion and tomato... no lettuce or any condiments. Asked what kind of appetizers they have. . the waitress said we have apple pie! The whole experience was bad!
  • Food and service have been less than desirable the last few times I've gotten food there. Sad. There was a time this location served the best food, but not now. Friends of mine say the same thing. I doubt I'll return, unless I hear their food and service improve a LOT!!!!!!
  • They were not busy, but the staff was unfriendly and uninterested in anything other than socializing. Our waitress never checked on us nor refilled our drinks and we were the only people in her section. My soup was supposed to have scallions and (I think) bacon on top, but did not. The lack of attention is confusing because of the large staff working. I expected this to be the best ever Bob Evans experience since we were at "the farm", but apparently good service and quality food passed away when Mr. Evans did.
  • Not too many options for vegetarians. Service was okay. I felt ignored by the wait staff. I had to remind my waitress about the fruit bowl that I had ordered, after which it took another 5 minutes for my order to arrive.
  • Food good older staff retirees leave new younger staff who don't understand the art of good service.
