  • As someone who used to work at the Steel, along with friends and family of half the people in the area, this is a very sad place to visit. It was once a dirty noisy smelling polluting place but we wer...  read more »
  • They've done a great job repurposing the hulking Bethlehem Steel facility as a cultural arts center with a Highline-style walk on the train trestle overlooking the massive structures. Did not visit du...  read more »
  • Kudos to Bethlehem for making a fascinating place out of what could have become a giant pile of rusted steel. Take the tour and hear the story of steel.
  • I've been to Bethlehem and Sands Casino before, but this was my first time at SteelStacks...WOW! This is an amazing outdoor venue! They have Musikfest every year and free concerts almost all summer long. What a cool atmosphere...there is nothing quite like it. If you get a chance to go, do yourself the favor and go. Great place to go with friends, hang out outside, have a few drinks and listen to great music. When it's all done, you can head just up the street to Sands Casino and continue your night!
  • I love this place! (and Bethlehem, PA in general) I have family that lives in the area, but I always find a reason to visit the SteelStacks. This year I decided to walk along the top and look more closely into the history side of the stacks. I think it's a pretty awesome site to see and a great way to look back at US History. It's so clean and at night, the lights are a perfect touch! Add in the fun things they have going on and you have a great venue! Can't wait to go back...
  • A really cool up close and personal look at past history and a really awesome landmark. Loved being able to look up and see all the things you never could before and reading little facts along the way about the history of what went on there.
  • A highlight of our trip on the East Coast. I highly recommend taking a guided tour. At the very least, park your car and walk along the elevated walkway, which has descriptive plaques. The scale of the steelworks is amazing.
  • I was here for a job fair, so I didn't get to experience the whole venue, but the history and the layout of the site is amazing. They've done a great job with the space and I'd go back to see a concert at the outdoor area in a minute. It seems like a great place to see a show.
