clean place nice places to eat, some good shopping near by, however the casino area is crowded was not to fond of. Café are full of a lot of people just sitting around.
There are plenty of restaurant choices at the Sands Bethlehem. Lately we went for the $60 all you can eat lobster buffet, also included shrimp, clams and filet mignon and more.
Everything was as expected. slots are very tight...food is good except for the Preferred lounge in high slots....much too small and not at all appealing. Walk from hotel to casino is cumbersome and a joke. 245 large steps from the elevators to the casino proper. I have very wealthy friends that are "high rollers" who have played here with me but will not return since they are in their late 70s and cannot walk that far. A real missed opportunity to develop slots customers that spend heavy. A real shame!
Went to Sands Bethlehem for my 21st birthday dinner at one of the restaurants. Food was pretty good but a bit pricey (which was to be expected). Service was excellent. As for the casino, it was pretty dead considering it was a weeknight.
I love this casino i always win here. I try to good every 3mons or so. Bethlehem has great food and a shopping area overall a great place
First, the poker area is great. Plenty of tables and a relatively soft player pool. Pretty good turnouts for tournaments and every now and then a nice guaranteed prize pool for not too much cash. Although there isn't a great selection of slots in my opinion, unless you like the typical three reel slots. I tend to enjoy the ones with 4-5 reels. It's all up to your preference. Payouts are terrible though in my experience. Don't play the minimum or you'll usually get sucked dry, alternate between 2-4/5x the minimum, or whatever you like honestly. Poker room got this place a good rating from me. Dealers are great people and do a good job.
Sands Bethlehem has a good location and plenty of parking. It is only a short walk to the Steel Stacks which has many events during the summer time that you can enjoy. All of the rooms we have had at the Sands were very clean and nice. The only downer is it can take awhile to get a drink while youre gambling
