  • I'm not a fan of Ohio wines...too sweet and too much of a hangover! But...this winery serves food, liquor and beer as well as local wines! The winery is beautiful. Inside its very clean and rustic/lod...  read more »
  • This was our first chance to visit Quarry Hill Winery and damn was it cool! Great job of the layout and the landscaping is great, too. We'll be visiting again soon.
  • First, we go to the orchard than meander down the road to the winery which is next door and sits on a hill surrounded by orchards and grapevines. The wines are great and the views that include on a cl...  read more »
  • We went to this winery after seeing them as one of the top 9 wineries in the area in the Lake Erie Shores and Islands book. However after driving a half hour to get there we were told that they are not pet friendly. I explained we were setting outside on the patio, but again I was told they do not allow pets anywhere on their grounds and it states that on their website. They should also make sure that it states their pet policy in the ads they put in the area guides to save all pet owners the drive there.
  • Love their wine's and the staff is so friendly. The place is beautiful yet so cosy with the fireplace. Danny Clark the singer was great.
  • Me and my husband have been going to quarry hill for the last couple of years. Their wines are the best and the picturesque view are peaceful and relaxing. One of the best wineries i have ever been to...
  • This winery has some great wines and a nice atmosphere, but service was to be desired. It started with being asked for ID in a rude manner, before even being greeted, despite us being with my parents and being over legal age. As our visit went on though, there were several things which made us unhappy. New wine samples were poured in with existing wine instead of being rinsed. We ordered the hummus and pita, then when served crackers, they didn't apologize, just said it was an old menu. Even while tasting, there was a lack of personality and conversation from the people serving at the counter. All four of us left disappointed. That said, the wines were some of the best we've tasted in the region. It was also a great location, in an enjoyable location overlooking the vineyards. Maybe service was just off when we visited, but I think they still have to work on rounding off the experience.
  • Great place. Extraordinary views. Wonderful staff.
