  • This park is wonderful! Very clean! Streams running through the park into the lake, with miles and miles of trails. This place is great!  more »

  • Great state park with a large number of different activities. We were there to shoot sporting clays. Ranger who helped us was friendly, informative and helpful. Would definitely go again.
  • Beautiful state park with comfy modern cabins. We were there in winter so couldn't enjoy all the attractions and amenities but we saw enough to want to go back.
  • Great park. The walks are incredibly beautiful. There are several and with varying sizes. The cabins are a lot of fun as well as the lodge.
  • Beautiful resort except for the restaurant. They have no vegan or vegetarian options and the manager refused to substitute meat based soup for a baked potato. Most of the servers are very nice and try to be accommodating. There is no option to order the salad bar without the soup. Even the tomato soup has chicken stock in it. Not a good place to eat if you are conscious of your health and the environment.
  • When to road to observation point is open, head to the heights... and then go for a hike on the top of the mountains. Every season is beautiful there.
