  • You can just drive by and look! If you drive past this castle a few miles you will come to a scenic overlook in which you can see three states.
  • -Came here on a weekend. -Pulled up to gates, and took some nice pictures of the castle -That's about all we could do, as I believe the place is closed down?
  • It was interesting to drive up to the gate, take a couple photos and look up the background of Berkeley Springs Castle but this is not an attraction that you can tour.
  • I went there to see if I could reserve the castle for an event. Made an appointment, got there, there was no one to open the gates an let us in. Waited for 30 min. Called 5 times. 2 voice mails. 2 emails later still no answer from anyone. Honestly, it took me an hour to get there a message of cancelation would of been nice. 3 days later still no response. Not a very professional place if you ask me. They charge a lot of money for that place yet, they don't seem to be wanting it. If I were you I'd find something else.
  • Should have called first. The castle is now apparently closed to the public and no longer doing tours. Had my son, stepson and his wife myself and my wife all travelled up to see the castle and grounds only to find them closed with no trespassing signs posted at the entrance. The saving grace was that we found our way to The Earthdog CafĂ© back in town and had some of the BEST food ever. The staff was friendly, attentive, and just as surprised as we were that there were no longer tours being given at the castle. If you get the chance, the trip to Berkeley Springs is well worth it just for the food at Earthdog!
  • he castle has been closed to the public and are not allowing guest anymore they need to update there site so people dont drive miles to see the castle just to be turned away or let people start exploring the castle again
  • in Egyptian times only choosing people could go this a temple
