  • Ricketts Glen is an awe inspiring experience! One magnificent waterfall after another. Be prepared to spend the day as the up close access to the falls and the beautiful rocks and forest make it hard to leave one gorgeous view and move on to the next. Choose the more challenging falls trail if you can manage the rocky path. So worth it. Thank you to the park staff for maintaining such an important natural area that makes Pennsylvania such a great place to live.
  • A very nice and beautiful park with a good hike for 20+ water falls in one single place. It is a hidden gem not widely known. It takes 5-6 hours to visit each of the waterfalls. Since it is a state park the entry is free unlike few well known waterfalls in the area. All varieties of water falls are present in one single spot. Wide ones, tall ones, all are here. Need sturdy boots with walking sticks to explore the falls nicely. Don't forget to visit the lake in the park to enjoy the views and to take rest after a long hike. I suggest to download maps as the cell phone signal could be sketchy.
  • They absolutely best place to visit if you enjoy the outdoors and waterfalls. Go during the week if you don’t want to deal with crowds. Waterfall photographers dream . If your going to do long exposure photography I recommend getting there early around 6am-6:30am hike one side of the loop one morning and the other side another day for best light conditions .
  • Really nice park, 1st time here. Best part is that it was not a hard place to hike. There were some tough spots, but not too bad. The falls range from small to large and people were very mindful of others. Not a lot of parking, but there were very nice and clean bathrooms. Highly recommend this hike and park
  • My boyfriend and I visited the falls on Saturday May 14th. The day was an overcast day but we were determined to have a great time and see the wonderful sites of the falls. And wonderful Majestic they were! We ended our hike, about sunset. As we navigated our way back to our vehicle, we noticed that weren't many signs, to point the way. More signs along the trails is much needed. All in all a fantastic day with the wonders of God!
