  • This park is very clean, the waterfront is gorgeous and the pool is very well run. We at least go there once or twice a month. The playground is also very well kept!  more »
  • Good place to do a few miles run/walk. Path is both paved and dirt in the woods. You can choose to stay on the paved path or go through the trails in the woods.  more »
  • Perfect place to bring the hunny, friends and fam over the summer. Entrance/parking is free - trails for running/biking/walking, great river "beach" for fishing/wading and view of the Philly skyline i...  more »

  • This is one of those locations that you can come to year round. Wide open fields where kids can run and play. Pretty well kept cooking/social areas. Plenty of walking areas on grass, pavement, or sand. The swimming pool is nice but needs some updating. Lastly, there's a good amount of security patrolling to help ensure safety.
  • It was just lots of things to do at the place. They have a gigantic pool with the capacity of 2,000 people and they have water slides that go inside the pool. They food is amazing. They have a playground and a volley court. They have places for picnics and lots of open field to play
  • Nice little park with pavilions, playground, pool (overpriced fee) and river. During the week its a great stop but overcrowded most weekends during summer, trash left around can be seen at times. Blaring music is a problem, esp when more than 1 speaker, in different languages are blaring at the same time. It seems noone abides by the speed restriction when the rangers open the path leading to the water, where people are walking/children biking.
  • So relaxing. Big parking lot. Tons of benches and tables. Grills. 2 big Pavillions. Clean bathrooms. Awesome place to go whether your just looking for a place to park your car for a quick nap during your lunch, or somewhere to host a big holiday BBQ.
  • Very nice and very clean. A lot of walking trails. There are a lot of very well-kept playground equipment items for the kids.
