  • Nice place for a walk, hiking sight seeing, picnic. Whole family fun. This place is very busy so if you plan on any activity make sure that you get there early. Lots of people but lots of room.  more »

  • I highly recommend the hike in the winter; it's so beautiful when everything is white! The tall snow covered trees make you feel like you're amidst a winter wonderland. We did 4 miles in and 4 miles out; the hike was an easy walk as it had a slow rate of elevation gain. This was a very rewarding hike because the trail passes through so many beautiful waterfalls.
  • It was an easy hike for my 4 & 7 year old daughters who are not the most active kids. They had a blast playing by the stream and seeing all the sites along the well marked trails. It gets extremely busy so if you want to get good parking and avoid the crowds on the trail, going early in the day will be best.
  • Wonderful snow shoeing up to the falls. We went on a weekday so it wasn't crowded at all, but I bet the weekends might be a different story. Spectacular and gorgeous!
  • A beautiful waterfall not far from Bend and an easy hike to get to falls. Parking is limited. Would love to go mountain biking on park trails when more time.
  • A great place to visit. A bit crowded at the Falls but the hike to the upper falls is GREAT. Not a lot of elevation and would rate the hike easy as the trails are well maintained and traveled, many spots to stop and let the dog or kids splash in the creek water AND beautiful waterfalls. Very pet and kid friendly!!!
