  • I would give them 4 stars but they do not keep a secure environment. The back door was left open with a baby gate simply leaning on the wall and one side of a castle. A child could wander right out or a creepy person could wander right into the back and snatch a child right out. None of the child gates are ever secured and are usually just laying on the ground. There have been other times that I've seen doors open to the craftsroom with a pair of adult sized scissors just laying on the table! I was told the back door was open because they don't have an air conditioner and "they are not a daycare". While I realize it's the job of the parent to watch their children I also expect a secure and safe environment. A parent should not have to constantly watch all exits at all times, especially when a parent has multiple children playing. Even McDonald's play rooms are secured with only one back (fire) exit that is connected to an alarm. I feel safer at McDonalds. Furthermore, 90% of the employees working are teenagers who barely pay attention to anything. I used to enjoy taking my kids to this establishment, but after the lack of concern this last visit I will not be returning.
  • It is a great place for kids of all ages. There are toys for the little ones, lots of bouncing and space for running around. Parents can relax on a large comfortable couch and enjoy a cup of coffee if their kids are able and willing to play with lune-of-sight supervision. The staff is great and always try their best to make it a fun place for everyone.
  • I've gone many times to BOTW. Not once have I encountered any issues with the staff or other people/parebts. The children enjoy themselves and us parents get a little break. Eliot is amazing with the kids. He loves kids and that's why he loves his job and does great at it. He is only one person out of many that work there so you may not always see him but everyone else is just as great!
  • Great place to take your kids if they've got alot of pent up energy to get out! Overall, its a blast but can get a little hectic and crowded though. Make sure your kiddos are able to handle being in loud and somewhat crazy environments before taking them here! It's alot of fun if your kids have the personality for it:) Word of caution though: there isn't always the best adult supervision.
  • Seems to be hit and miss with amount of bounce houses or activities available. Staff is usually very friendly although we've experienced a couple times an employee not having a good day. Overall, a great place to bring the kiddos and family.
