  • This place is ok if you want to see beat animals. My big complaint is all of the animals seemed lethargic, almost like they are drugged to keep calm.  more »
  • Right off the bat I'd like to say that the staff was unfriendly and uninformative. I asked if there was a best way to tour and was told it's self-explanatory. I was so excited to take my 5 yr old daug...  more »
  • This was a really fun place. Seeing and feeding the animals was a neat experience. Probably more fun for younger kids, but we weren't disappointed.  more »

  • Very nice little zoo. They care for the animals and love to share them with the public. It's an older zoo, but every year there are many upgrades made.
  • The deer were drinking out of the same water they were pissing in. A doe was franticly running around looking for a place to give birth. The beer were in extremely small enclosures. Need I say more? We were disgusted and will never, ever go back. This place should be shut down. I have no idea how they are able to run a business like this.
  • This place is amazing. Within the first minute of walking through the doors I saw a baby dear, two baby skunks, and a kangaroo just laying on the floor. There was also a baby leopard being fed right on the counter. It was an amazing experience well worth the $10 entry fee. It is small and won't take you very long to see all of the animals but they are all unique and have fun personalities. The dear petting area is large and the dear are friendly. The loner dear are easiest to pet as the pack will run and scatter. It's also best to wear shoes you don't mind stepping in some poop with. Overall I'd say it's worth the visit especially for kids. PS. Bring quarters.
  • Had a vehicle pulling a trailer, cut from the on ramp all the way to the left lane right in front of us, we had to slam the brakes to avoid the collision. No tail lights on the trailer at all, no turn signals, brake lights, and it came to a crawl in the left lane. Turned out to be a Paul Bunyan Animal Land vehicle (thanks for the graphics). Your lack of care towards the safety of others, and not bothering to have a legal vehicle is directly reflective of your business. It worries me that you are responsible for animals that require vigilance and care. Tried to call you to let you know, but you don't seem to have a number the public can use to get ahold of you for complaints or emergencies, it hangs up on the caller after a brief message.
  • Expensive for how small this place is. Takes about 20-30 mins to get through maybe. The enclosures are very small and a number of them provide no shade for the animals and were extremely tiny with nothing to keep most of them busy. The foxes appeared to be sick, one without a tail and the other with open sores. Also, the weeds were not cut back and my son walked into some burning nettles that stung his leg. The only positive would be that my kids enjoyed feeding the deer. Perhaps they should only keep the deer, which had a. If enclosure, and return the rest to bigger zoos that take better care of them.
