  • Long walks with lots of views of the bay and surrounding islands. One of my favorite places to visit. Great fun for the whole family or just by yourself. Enjoy a coffee or bring your lunch. Don't forget good walking shoes. You'll want to explore all that you can
  • Simply put, GORGEOUS! Great place to walk, hang out, take the kids, take the dog. There is a Wood's Coffee in the park - that is convenient. There is always a line at the bathrooms but they are reasonably clean. There are bathrooms at the far end of the park, also. I think those close in the winter. This is a place you want to return to time and time again.
  • A beautiful little park, always vibrant and busy even in the winter months. The boardwalk and icecream is a popular combination, and with plans to extend said boardwalk I can see the park becoming even livelier. The preferred dog walking location in Bellingham.
  • Offers unobstructed views of the ocean; great place to watch the sunset with benches to sit on which were installed along the little boulevard that runs parallel to the ocean; has a couple of small beach areas; and access to several nearby walking trails, which includes Taylor Dock. There is a small playground, lots of grass to throw a blanket down for a picnic or just laying out, and a couple of tables. You can also get something to eat or drink at the coffee shop. Also, has two sets of restrooms located at either end of the park.
  • Love this place is so nice to watch the sunset and even swimming if you can withstand the cold water kayaking and more
