  • If this is not a scam, it is close. Terrible try train set. Some random train stuff for sale. Nothing really very informative nor interesting. Do not get your hopes up.  more »
  • If you like toy trains you would probably enjoy it. My husband does and he did - I don't and I didn't.  more »
  • We came here because it was all the other downtown Museums were closed. (Monday and Tuesdays). Its a one room show and frankly was not worth the admission to look at someone's hobby. They do have some...  more »

  • The model railways were full of details. There were plenty of books about model railways and trains. There were toy train sets too. It's a great place for big and little people who love trains and model railways. As time passes and people no longer feel any connection to model railways with 1800s settings, model railway enthusiasts will probably modernize and build hover-train sets going through cityscapes, thus connecting with a new generation of train-lovers.
  • It is a fabulous place for kids who love trains. It has a giant G scale display with multiple trains that you can run. It has an O scale that younger kids under 7 can run, and many Thomas and other wooden toy trains for the really young. Parents bring a book. ;-) Although I personally liked looking at all the paraphernalia.
  • Old guys with extremely expensive trains that they've spent their lives working on who want kids to play with them. It's one of the best places I've ever been, and we visit every time we come to see my mother-in-law.
  • I would call it the Bellingham Model Railway museum, you won't see actual trains here. But there are good photos and artifacts. The model trains are excellent.
  • Fun for the family, learn some history and visit with kind people.
