  • We bought a membership here for the family. There are so many cool things to explore for the kids. My 3 year old fell in love with the water room and spends most of his time there. My 6 year old loves the giant truck and package facility simulator upstairs. Great place to take the family any time. TIP: Arrive about 20-30 minutes early if you want to park in the small parking lot out front. Alternatives would be the bigger lot just next door, again arrive early.
  • The only reason I rated this 3 stars instead of 5 is because since they moved, this place has changed its pricing structure for the yearly pass so that it doesn't include guest passes anymore which was one of the things we liked about our previous year passes. Also, they charge for adults which is the most BS thing I've ever heard of when it comes to a "CHILDREN'S MUSEUM". I get why the science center charges for adults, but the children's museum? Really, what do adults get out of this place besides a place for the kids to play? It's not like I'm going to go there without the children to play by myself which is something I'd do at the science center but I'd never do at this place because its a CHILDREN'S MUSEUM! Charging for adults is totally crap and I don't understand how they justify it. No other child geared facility like this changes for freaking adults. Ok, I'm done with my soap box.
  • The exhibits here are great... But the parking is a NIGHTMARE. We ended up having to hike several blocks to park somewhere where we wouldn't be towed. And it was SO busy we had to wait outside for 10 mins before being let in. This was on a week day around 11am and it was still pure madness. I could have lived with all the rude people if the parking and entry wasn't such a hassle. Probably won't ever go back just because it was SO difficult just to get inside and with a non walker that just isn't going to work. I'm sure with older kids it would be easier... maybe.
  • Great kids museum. Take the bus! The activity level was comparable to other kids museums on weekends. Two levels means you ideally want a grown-up per kid, especially if one is under 3. Do not plan to bring your stroller inside if at all possible. There are bathrooms everywhere and the water fountains are kid height. I also appreciated the snacking areas. It's so nice not to have to leave the museum for snacks!
  • The place would have been amazing had they not packed it with families to the point that it became a nightmare. The kids had no room to play and enjoy, and were constantly ran over by other kids. Never go there in the weekend. It's not worth the money. The management of the place is trying to earn a buck in the short term, but will lose much more in the long run. We are not returning there again until they make the required changes.
