  • One of the best stops on the North Shore of Lake Superior. You can really see miles away the exposed granite cliffs that make up the geology of the ancient Minnesota Arrowhead region. This is supposedly some of the oldest exposed rock on Earth and the view is breathtaking! But Caution! Do not let little kids wander off!! It's 300 feet straight down to the water below.
  • The view still amazes me every time I come back to visit. Seriously though, make sure your children are on a leash, handcuffed, or at least held onto the whole time. There are no guard rails and it's a 300' drop straight down to the lake!
  • Some of the most amazing views and dramatic landscapes on Lake Superior, well worth the visit. Don't take little kids here, there aren't any manicured trails or guard-rails from the 100+ foot cliffs.
  • Breathtaking view! This place is somewhere that everyone driving by should visit. It is technically "closed" during winter yet you can always park your car down and hike up.
  • The scenery here is something that never gets old, I have been here three times and it is well worth the several hour drive it takes to get up here. I once took senior photos for a client here and they turned out amazing! This place is awesome to just sit down, relax, and reflect on life (or something like that). If you are passing through, you NEED to visit this awesome cliff!!
