  • Fun but a little dated. Pretty much the Same things I saw when I was a child 15 years ago.
  • One of the many free museums (donations accepted on site) in and around downtown Beaumont. They have a nice collection from hand pumped extinguishers to a large ladder truck complete with wooden ladder.
  • Great place to stop along a road trip. You can either just pop out and take a photo with the GIANT hydrant, or you can venture into the small museum which is fun for kids.
  • Great FREE place to bring the kids. Downstairs is more of a museum, while the upstairs has more kid-friendly activities. If you are a firefighter bring one of your station patches along, as they do exchange.
  • We were disappointed the museum was closed on the Saturday we visited. We still had fun visiting the giant fire hydrant and memorials.
