  • Good place for some outdoor fun. I have been here for Kayaking, canoeing, Go Ape and just sight seeing. The place has a lot of beautiful views too, especially during fall season. Go Ape though tiring is real fun with plenty of zip lining etc. Plenty of opportunities to get some good photographs in too. This place is a must visit for people in and out of Newark DE.
  • Beautiful park! Great 7 mile trail around the pond. The camping area has completely renovated.
  • Had a great time here with family, our dog and friends. Will come back. Bathhouse is a little far at night but very private and clean. Just take a bike.
  • Camped here once. Great time with my 3 year old. There is a hiking trail that goes around the lake. I believe it was almost 7 miles. Easy hike.
  • Very nice state park with full hook-up camping sites. There is a large lake with a boat ramp. The park has a trail for hiking or biking around the lake. There are sports fields and a disk golf course. Very close to the C&D canal path which is paved and great for bike riding.
