  • Located on beautiful Little Neck Bay, the marina is located right off the Cross Island Pkwy North at 28 Ave. there is parking by permit only. If you don't have a permit you can easily park on 28 Ave b...  more »
  • I guess if you have a boat and have lots of money to afford a boat slip here you would like it for its convenience. Most of the local residents here in Bayside stop by here for its picturesque views o...  more »

  • Exactly agree with those who gave a one star! The tow company kept towing people during the independence day weekend. I went on Sun. My car was towed and they charge me 278 to bring my car back. The tow dispatch was an ass hole. They cant convey the message clear and they talk to you without respect. The signs are small and you would never think this parking lot need a permit. They will make couple thousand easily during this weekend. Should complain to the park department.. What a shame for the NYC. You are supposed to let people enjoy the beauty after hard working. And there is fat women who constatnly check every car and sell everyone out. If you really want people to know this place need permit, please make the sign huge.
  • This place deserves zero star. Towing car is their business. We went to check this place and thought about renting boats in the future. Spent a few minutes on the dock and a few minutes walking outside. Then we saw our car was being towed. We rush up there and talked to the driver. He wanted a fine of $272 in cash. We did not have that much. So he drove us to an ATM nearby. When we realized that our card was not the debt card and could not get cash from the machine, he let us pay for the rest on a handy credit card machine. Obviously, this company/guy likes cash. For his convenience, he let us stand on the traffic side of a busy road (cross island parkway). When we found out there was damage on the car that we were never aware of, he immediately denied that was any part of his fault, told us to go court and went away. If you drive there, be careful.
  • The people here are very friendly, there are a lot of joggers passing by almost every 5 minutes throughout the day from the trails. It is very relaxing to just sit here and feed the birds/ducks. If you're waiting for a plane to land, you're only 10 minutes away from the airport. They also have boat rentals too, which I didn't know before. If you have your own boat, there is a ramp however, you'll need a permit to leave your car there. PS bring your own chair, there's no where to sit.
  • Luckily I didn't get towed for the brief moment I was there. There needs to be some public parking for those that want to enjoy the View
  • Lol @ these comments... First off, there is a website & a phone number to call ahead of time if you need to fully understand the parking arrangements. It's no one's fault but your own if you don't understand or see any signage, regardless of the size of the sign(s). Get over yourselves! The easiest way to overcome this issue is to park on the east end of 28th Ave & walk over the CIP on the bridge there. The parking lot is mainly for the boating patrons of the marina.
